Responsibilities
- Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and computer systems.
- Set up computer hardware to support employee return to office plans
- Collaborate with onsite peers and remote Service Desk Support team to resolve user issues
- Manage and track incidents and requests within the ServiceNow platform.
- Ability to be onsite during business hours and flexible to adjust with changes in support coverage when required.
- 3-5 years of Onsite Desktop Support experience.
- ServiceNow experience.
- O365 and Active Directory/Azure & Okta experience.
- Windows 10, Mac OS and iOS experience.
- Strong Customer Service Mentality.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- New hire onboarding, laptop imaging, and over-all process experience.
- Able to display and demonstrate ownership and accountability of assigned tasks.
- Experience in resolving email, network, and printer related issues and requests.
- Having an independent mindset, able to be self-sufficient and proactive in their daily activities.
- Act as point of contact for related issues with involved client base.
