Responsibilities
Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and computer systems.
Set up computer hardware to support employee return to office plans
Collaborate with onsite peers and remote Service Desk Support team to resolve user issues
Manage and track incidents and requests within the ServiceNow platform.
Ability to be onsite during business hours and flexible to adjust with changes in support coverage when required.
Required Skills
3-5 years of Onsite Desktop Support experience.
ServiceNow experience.
O365 and Active Directory/Azure & Okta experience.
Windows 10, Mac OS and iOS experience.
Strong Customer Service Mentality.
Excellent oral communication skills.
New hire onboarding, laptop imaging, and over-all process experience.
Able to display and demonstrate ownership and accountability of assigned tasks.
Experience in resolving email, network, and printer related issues and requests.
Having an independent mindset, able to be self-sufficient and proactive in their daily activities.
Act as point of contact for related issues with involved client base.

Salary Range: $60,000-$65,000
