Job Summary:
The Assistant Service Manager is responsible for leading the service team and performing on-site installation, service, maintenance, warranty and repair for various security-related automated equipment. They will provide leadership, training, hiring, scheduling, pricing, safety leadership, billing and organization for the technician team. They will also provide customer relationship support, customer responsiveness, training and overall keeping our customers appraised of the situation of their equipment. They will also provide sales support and customer training on equipment operations and maintenance.
