Role in SLOCOACH:

The Training and Development Manager at SLOCOACH will be responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing training programs across the organisation. This role includes developing comprehensive training modules for new staff, clients, and coaches on the SLOCOACH platform, utilising our course tools to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences. The Training and Development Manager will also be tasked with creating training materials for new features and functions, ensuring all stakeholders are well-equipped to maximise the platform's benefits.

Aligning with SLOCOACH’s Mission, Vision, and Values:

  • Client Presentation: Skillfully present and represent SLOCOACH to clients, ensuring that our services and capabilities are effectively communicated and understood.
  • Client Expansion and Platform Utilisation: Actively work with clients to expand their use of the SLOCOACH platform, leading to growth in both End Users and Active Users. This involves understanding client needs and demonstrating how our platform can meet and exceed these needs.
  • Revenue Growth per User: Take responsibility for increasing the revenue generated per user by identifying opportunities for enhanced platform utilisation and upselling additional services where appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients or partners, providing ongoing support and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Analyse client performance data to provide insights and recommendations, driving continuous improvement in client engagement and success.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall client experience and satisfaction and to align with broader business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge and offer the best solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities: (All Levels)

  • Design, develop, and continuously improve training programs and materials for new employees, clients, and coaches, ensuring alignment with SLOCOACH's standards and goals.
  • Utilise the SLOCOACH platform's course tools to create interactive and engaging training content.
  • Coordinate with the Product team to stay updated on new features and functions, developing training materials accordingly.
  • Deliver initial training sessions and oversee the training delivery by future trainers.
  • Assess training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure training needs are identified and met.
  • Establish a feedback mechanism for collecting input from trainees, trainers, and clients to refine training programs and delivery methods and track platform improvements.
