Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, contributing to business development, and supporting technical sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication
- Assist in identifying new sales opportunities and contribute to account management
- Collaborate with the sales team to support outside sales activities
- Utilize technology tools to analyze market trends and customer preferences
- Provide support in Spanish when needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or related field
- Proficiency in analyzing data and market trends
- Strong communication skills with a focus on sales and account management
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
