We are currently seeking an individual who possesses basic skills with hand tools and demonstrates a friendly and professional demeanor. The ideal candidate should have a willingness to learn and grow throughout the job. Responsibilities will include completing general repairs after training in basic electrical work, plumbing, and painting - essentially, basic maintenance tasks. Additionally, the individual should be capable of professionally interacting with tenants and assisting in filling vacancies. Thank you for your interest.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
