Job Description:
We are looking for a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Conduct audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Manage tax planning and preparation for individuals and businesses
- Provide financial analysis and forecasting
- Assist clients with budgeting and financial planning
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Advise clients on financial strategies and business decisions
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in Quickbooks Online, Quickbooks Desktop accounting software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Charismatic and Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- High ethical standards and professionalism
- Must be able to discover new business opportunities and recommend solutions to clients
Experience:
- Proven experience in financial statement preparation and review
- Experience in tax planning and preparation
- Audit experience, including compliance and regulatory knowledge
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial forecasting
- Client relationship management experience
