POSITION PURPOSE

The core duties of the Proposal Coordinator involve supporting Small Giants’ pursuits department in developing qualifications-based project pursuits for our clients in the AEC industry. This includes proposal writing, editing and content management. Graphics support using Adobe and Microsoft applications.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Coordination and preparation of proposals and other qualifications-based materials.
• Work with technical staff to develop proposal sections and presentation content.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
• Maintain marketing information systems (resumes, project profiles)

REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or other related major.
• 2 years working specifically in the AEC/CRE industry is preferred
• Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
• Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure when handling competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage content, files, and project timelines.
