We are looking for a caring, compassionate and organized Director to develop and implement departmental plans and goals, oversee daily operations, and ensure compliance of regulations. One who undertakes staffing responsibilities and maintains event scheduling. Directors create reports, represent the company as needed, and fulfill duties assigned. They contribute to performance and operations management, using their expertise in MS Office and relational databases. With excellent communication and public speaking skills, they provide effective leadership and solve problems as they arise. Overall, an director plays a crucial role as the Center leader. The Director also will be facilitating the smooth functioning of the Center.

Skills

• Proven experience as an Director or similar position
• Experience in performance and operations management
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and quality standards
• Proficient in MS Office, relational databases and software
• Outstanding communication and public speaking skills
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Associate's Degree or BA in Early Childhood

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
