- Hourly Range: $21.00 - $25.00
- Provides exceptional, knowledgeable customer service and technical support.
- Assists the sales and operations team.
- Follows policies, procedures, and safety procedures.
- Research, learn, and maintain product information.
- Professionalism including dependability required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
- Ability to write, read business correspondence, English language.
- Ability to research, analyze, interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.
- Ability to calculate figures, amounts, apply basic algebra and geometry.
- Entry-level proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office/computer tools.
- Construction industry and/or building material products knowledge/experience highly desired, 2 years.
- Distribution experience highly welcomed, 1 year.
- Bi-lingual, Spanish, and English, favored.
- Sales experience highly desired.
