Summary:

Smart Apartment Solutions is looking for a groundskeeper who can maintain tidy common areas to ensure positive first impressions of the community. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities:

• Pick up trash/debris and maintain a clean facility/grounds
• Change bulbs in common areas and exterior light fixtures
• Move large items such as appliances and furniture
• Exterior/Interior touch up building maintenance such as stairwells and hallways
• Deliver office correspondence to residents’ doors
• Help with any additional responsibilities or projects assigned by the maintenance supervisor or property manager
• Painting, pressure washing, and leaf blowing of breezeways and parking lots

Requirements:

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and dependability
• Ability and desire to jump in and assist with other community projects
• Enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
• Ability to lift 40-50 pounds
• Maintain a friendly and customer service-oriented approach to co-workers and customers
