*Key Benefits:

-base salary plus bonus with an expectation of a minimum of $60,000/year

-if sales goals are met, Buyer's Specialist can earn $100,000 or more

*Qualifications:

-Must have non-provisional brokers license

-2 years of real estate sales experience or a minimum of 12 closed deals

-Phone duty hours & weekly prospecting office time

-Ability to build rapport with clients

-Strong negotiation skills

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Persistent follow-up and process for doing so

*Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Immediately following up with new leads that contact us & meeting with them
-Showing homes to prospective buyers
-Preparing & negotiating offers
-Working weekends and early evenings as needed
-Traveling mainly in Wake County but occasionally Durham, Orange and surrounding counties
-Developing and implementing a prospecting plan including developing relationships with referral partners
-Providing excellent customer service to clients
