## Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Director to oversee our laboratory operations and ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance are maintained. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scientific research, laboratory procedures, and regulatory requirements. ## Responsibilities - Manage and coordinate all activities within the laboratory - Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and CGMP standards - Oversee data collection, analysis, and interpretation - Supervise laboratory staff, providing guidance and training as needed - Ensure the proper maintenance of laboratory equipment and facilities - Collaborate with other departments to support research projects and initiatives - Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies - Stay current on advancements in laboratory techniques and technologies ## Experience - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's or Ph.D. preferred - Proven experience in a laboratory setting, with expertise in microbiology, molecular biology, and data analysis - Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) - Strong understanding of laboratory techniques and procedures - Excellent organizational and leadership skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $106,424.00 - $115,496.00 per year
