Our beautiful and new state of the art dental office is in Richland, and we are looking for an energetic and highly-motivated front office administrator who is passionate about helping people solve problems and improve their lives to join our team.

Our beautiful new office looks, feel, smells and sounds amazing as well as include amenities, comforts, and the best new technology for our team and our patients to help you feel inspired as you go all in, 100% dedicated to the special vision we have for this place as we embark on this extraordinary journey together!

Compensation will start at $21-26 per hour depending on experience. Benefits will include paid time off and major holidays, 401k.

As a member of our team, there will be great training and opportunities for continuing education. We will constantly strive to improve ourselves and our patient experience together as a team. Consistent and thoughtful communication between all team members will be vital to our success to ensure everyone is on the same page regarding their job description and responsibilities. Open door policy. New, creative, and out of the box ideas are always welcome, and encouraged to help grow our vision and improve patient care.

Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years dental front office experience, be knowledgeable in insurance codes, submission and eligibility. The ideal candidate will be willing to help in any area of the practice when necessary, possess excellent communication skills, and willing to learn new, innovative ways of doing things. Prior knowledge of Dentrix Dental office software is required.

Pay: $21.00 - $35.00 per hour
