Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Full-Time Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and enjoy working in a proactive environment, this is the role for you.
This role requiring you to connect with our insurance customers. You will be responsible for answering customer queries, dealing with complaints, and providing potential customers with detailed information about our products.
This is a full-time position, working between 35 to 40 hours a week in our office located in Kansas City, KS.
Responsibilities
· Learning and understanding company insurance products.
· Answer incoming call questions about insurance policies and insurance coverage issues, as well as consumer complaints and general inquiries.
· Develop individual based solutions on the requirements of the customer.
· Accessing customer accounts and policy schedules.
· Providing customers with detailed information about policies and products.
· Advise clients on insurance coverage options and their associated costs.
· Process applications, payments, and renewals.
· Be able to handle any requests regarding customer documentation (to include all documents sent out by our company) and be able to clearly explain them including any follow-ups required on our customer’s part.
