"GLOBAL COMPENSATION PROGRAM MANAGER"
You will support the application and execution of our reward programs.
Lead company reward plans administration process. Independently manage the annual compensation processes (e. g. merit review- and bonus payout process) in fast-paced environment. Coach on: (a) reward plan specifics and (b) responding to local HR and business enquiries. Stay abreast on market trends and surveys, conduct periodic review on existing programs and recommend changes/enhancements. Manage relationship with third party administrator to ensure quality and consistent service delivery; experience in gender pay (gap) analysis is an advantage. Collaborate with Global COE as well as other HR colleagues, Finance and Legal to communicate materials, prepare management reports and ensure regulations and filings are met. You will maintain our job grading and architecture, draft job descriptions, perform job analyses and gradings. Be the sparring partner and guide the Regional C&B manager and Local HRs for all job architecture and levelling matters. Participate in the design of compensation packages and bonus programs that align with the company’s programs.
Requirements:
Min of 5 years of experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or similar role. Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software (ideally SAP / Success Factors), knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and senior level leadership roles with a very good understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems (e.g. WTW, Mercer, Aon, Hay). A strong knowledge of MS Office Suite with expert level Excel and analytics skills.
Bachelors/Masters in Business /Human Resources Management, Finance, Statistics or relevant field.
Experience in supporting and leading global compensation initiatives.
