Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled GCP Cloud Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our technology department, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing scalable and reliable GCP cloud-based solutions. You will work closely with our clients, understanding their requirements and translating them into technical specifications that deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to meet business requirements.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, recommending the appropriate GCP services to meet those requirements.
• Creating technical architectures, diagrams, and presentations to communicate solutions that meet customer needs.
• Providing expertise and guidance on GCP best practices, security, and cost optimization.
• Leading technical discussions and explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Conducting proof of concepts and assisting in the development of project proposals, bids, and estimates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Cloud Solution Architect or similar role, with hands-on experience designing and implementing GCP cloud solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of GCP services and offerings such as Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, etc.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture patterns and best practices (microservices, serverless, etc.).
• Experience with cloud-native application development, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive problem resolution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Google Cloud certification such as Professional Cloud Architect or Professional Data Engineer.
• Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and understanding of hybrid cloud solutions.
• Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or retail where compliance and security are critical.
