Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Debit Card Authorization & Real-Time Payment Processing:
• Utilize extensive knowledge in debit card authorization and real-time payment processing to ensure efficient and secure transactions.
• Understand and apply various debit network standards and authorization protocols.
• Mainframe Assembler Programming:
• Apply over 10 years of experience in mainframe assembler programming to maintain and enhance payment processing systems.
• Work with VSAM and SAS to ensure robust data management and processing capabilities.
• ISO Message Standards:
• Implement and optimize card authorization processes using ISO message standards.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards for secure and efficient transaction processing.
• DB2 System Management:
• Design and optimize new tables in DB2, ensuring efficient normalization processes.
• Integrate DB2 systems with real-time authorization processes to enhance system performance and reliability.
• Perform database optimization and troubleshooting to support high-volume transaction environments.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
• Minimum of 10 years in payment processing related to debit card authorization.
• Extensive experience with card authorization ISO message standards and online programming.
• Over 10 years of mainframe assembler programming experience, with proficiency in VSAM and SAS.
• Technical Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of DB2 systems, including designing new tables, normalization processes, and optimization techniques.
• Strong understanding of debit networks and authorization standards.
• Additional Skills:
• Proven ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in financial services or banking industry.
• Certification in relevant payment processing or database management fields.
