Duties
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage leads and track sales activities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate new business opportunities and set appointments for the Business Development Manager
- Communicate effectively with prospects to understand their needs and present suitable solutions
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to develop strategies for market expansion
Skills & Abilities
- Previous experience in the staffing industry preferred
- Prior experience in sales, inside sales, or telemarketing required
- Familiarity with outbound calling techniques
- Excellent rapport building and communication skills to interact with potential clients
- Proficiency in using CRM software like Salesforce or Hubspot preferred but not required
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
