Role Summary

The Project Manager will oversee comprehensive project scopes, ensuring all facets align with organizational goals and adhere to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and quality control measures.
  • Oversee procurement processes and the implementation of site-specific safety and quality plans.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project stakeholders.
  • Monitor project financials against budgets and adjust project plans as necessary.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely and successful project execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or a closely related field; Master’s preferred.
  • At least 10 years of experience as a project engineer or project manager in the heavy civil and/or mining industry.
  • Proven proficiency in project management software and a strong command of MS Office.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
