Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at the entry level. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and grow within a company that values professionalism and teamwork.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with prompt and courteous assistance. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that each customer interaction is positive and professional.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall service quality.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Availability to work full-time hours, including some evenings and weekends if required.
