Our management-training program lasts 6-12 months, during which you will be coached and mentored on every detail, from entry-level basics to management duties.
Job Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategies, Public Relations, Business Fundamentals: Learn and apply effective marketing strategies, manage public relations, and understand essential business fundamentals.
• Event Management: Plan, organize, and oversee events to ensure their success.
• Team Oversight: Lead and manage a team of 3-5 people, ensuring productivity and teamwork.
• Money Management: Develop skills in managing budgets and financial planning for events and projects.
• Event Setup: Handle the logistics of event setup, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Direct Mentorship: Receive one-on-one mentoring from the location manager to develop leadership skills and industry knowledge.
