We are currently looking for an Online Sales Assistant to put their sales skills to work for one of our builder clients. Learn how to put your sales skills to work by assisting online home buyers in finding their dream home!

In this position you will be responsible for the following:

• Turning internet customer traffic into sales prospects using email and online live chat while creating a positive experience.
• Making outbound Calls and receiving inbound calls
• Informing customers of the new home builder’s product, community offerings, and incentive opportunities.
• Qualifying prospective customers based on desired location(s), the timing of purchase, and availability of new homes.
• Setting appointments with customers to tours communities and specific models with the on-site sales representative.

Regularly work in New Home communities.

Requirements:

• Professional Phone voice.
• Real Estate experience is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate
• Team Player
• Strong command of the English language with effective writing and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer and internet skills required
• Strong desire to learn.

EDUCATION AND ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Real Estate Experience a plus
• Customer service experience required
• Great Communication skills
• Intermediate computer and internet skills required
• Strong command of the English language with effective writing and communication skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to problem-solve and manage activities with minimal supervision
