Job Overview:
Smart Start is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships with our valued customers.

Duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Process customer payments
- Maintain customer records and update account information as needed
- Conduct data entry tasks to input customer information into the system
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and professionalism in all customer interactions

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
