Assembler/Productions Support
If you thrive in a culture of innovation and cutting edge manufacturing tech, then this is the job for you. While working a 4/10 schedule, you will get to enjoy a 3-day weekend.
Competitive candidates will have assembly experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive aftermarket industry.
Key skills include:
- Physical fitness to lift and assemble products
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to use hand tools
- High School education or equivalent
Requirements
Primary job responsibilities include:
Follow technical instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms
- Discern quality of parts and materials used in production
- Inventory parts and tools used in the assembly process
- Follow company procedures and directives
- Test finished products for defects
- Maintain the tools used to assemble products
- Adhere to all standards of quality and safety
- Organizational and process skills
- Effective communication skills
- A desire to learn new technologies and motivation to go above and beyond minimum requirements.
