Robotic Laser Operator/Programmer

Competitive candidates will have Robotic or CNC laser operation and programming experience preferably on Trumpf products.

Requirements

Key skills include:

• Working knowledge of sheet metal production processes
• Basic laser cutting principles
• Basic computer skills.
• TruTops Boost programming experience is desired.

Required competencies include:

• Detail orientation
• Organizational and process skills
• A desire to learn new technologies and motivation to go above and beyond minimum requirements.

Primary job responsibilities include:

• Operate, program and maintain laser metal-cutting machines, including charting machine performance and administering routine checks/maintenance
• Read and understand blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Plan sequences of operation to achieve optimal precision and tolerances
• Prepare raw materials for production, ensuring material quality prior to production sequence
• Adhere to all standards of quality and safety
