Hi all! We are looking for a Sales Director for a world-leading IoT solution provider. Please reach out for more details.

The primary role of the Sales Director is to spearhead new customer acquisition and to cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients. Detailed responsibilities are as follows:

New Business Hunting:

  • Strategically propose a target customer list supported by comprehensive business analysis.
  • Commit to and achieve business hunting milestones as aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Develop and nurture robust customer relationships, gaining a deep understanding of organizational changes and establishing strong communication channels with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Strategically lead and orchestrate relevant customer events and engagement initiatives.

Product Proposal:

  • Conduct thorough analyses of customer product strategies, launch plans, and competitive intelligence.
  • Perform detailed market research and benchmarking.
  • Effectively communicate customer requirements and needs to the internal team.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and HQ sales team to develop and deliver compelling product proposals that secure additional business from customers.

Account Planning:

  • Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and future development strategies.
  • Formulate and execute three-to-five-year strategic plans to achieve the company’s business objectives.

Project Management:

  • Collaborate effectively with Project Managers (PJMs) and the R&D team.
  • Meticulously control project milestones to ensure alignment with customer launch plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in sales.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
