About the Role

The Company is seeking a strategic and visionary Senior Vice President, Biological Development to lead their dynamic team in advancing a pipeline of innovative targeted cancer therapies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the overall strategy for the biologics development function, leading teams through early and late-stage development processes, and overseeing all outsourced development and manufacturing operations. A key aspect of the role is to build, lead, manage, and develop a high-performance team, as well as to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the biological development lifecycle.Applicants must have a Ph.D. in a biological science or related field, with a minimum of 15 years of industry experience in biologics development, focusing on ADCs, and at least 10 years in a leadership position. The role requires proven experience in leading multiple development programs, a strong understanding of the development pathway, and extensive experience in regulatory submission processes for biological drug candidates. The candidate should be adept at problem-solving, and making data-driven decisions, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong collaborations with both internal and external stakeholders. The position may also involve occasional evening and weekend commitments, as well as domestic and international travel.
