As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing a client base from the ground up, cultivating strong relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Our Account Managers enjoy a competitive first-year OTE of 90k, with top performers exceeding this and earning $150k-200k annually by their second year, with uncapped earning potential. Responsibilities:
Re-engage closed accounts, drive portfolio growth through strategic outbound sales efforts, and acquire new accounts to expand the client base
Develop, strengthen, and optimize relationships with prospective and existing clients to maximize revenue through discovery and rapport building
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, highlighting the benefits of our products and service
Reach revenue targets through client retention
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
Tailor product recommendations to agents' needs and handle objections
Identify products that best fit each client's individual needs
Consistently follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, advise on new features, and provide a best-in-class customer experience
Requirements
3 years experience in sales or account management with a focus on hunting new business
Proven experience in relationship management, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Strong attention to detail and effective phone sales skills
Deadline-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong ability to adapt quickly, learn new concepts, and continuously drive improvement for success
Insurance or marketplace experience is a plus
Experience with heavy outbound calling
Must be available for in office work (some exceptions apply)
