Job Role: Marketing - Digital Marketing III

Job Description:
Responsible for developing the social media strategy, plan execution, social listening and measurement across all applicable business unit channels. Collaborate with a wide variety of BSC stakeholders including senior leadership, product managers, clinical, legal, digital marketing and marketing communications.

REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years communications experience within a corporate or agency environment, preferably in health care, with an avid interest in and demonstrated knowledge of social media.
B.A. in communications, journalism or related field.
Exceptional writer and storyteller, with experience in writing for traditional, online and social media.
In-depth understanding of target audiences, expertise in high-impact messaging to broad audiences.
Solid understanding and familiarity with new and emerging social tools and channels.
Fluent with the various platforms’ audience creation/targeting capabilities, and ability to execute paid promotions within Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter
Ability to identify the role of social in a larger communications plan, and evaluate performance based on holistic campaign impact
Experience developing and executing strategic communications plans and correlating metrics, utilizing both media relations and social media tactics
