Responsibilities
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years exp.
- C#/.Net or Java programming
- RESTful services and Microservices exp.
- Knowledge of Azure services and PaaS solutions
- Exp. w/ SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Entity Framework/Hibernate
- Understanding of containerization with Docker and Kubernetes/AKS
- Blue Prism, UI Path, or Automation Anywhere (at least 1 RPA tool exp.)
- Git and Azure DevOps for DevOps practices
Responsibilities
- Customer onboarding, nominations, and vetting processes
- Proof of Concept design, lab scheduling, and monitoring of overall governance of AI Studio
- Provide Studio tours, manage demo showcase, and process improvements
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and share key learnings, run customer engagement reports and project retrospective reports as well as provide Studio summary for customer & logging product bugs with engineering team
- Produce innovative solutions for our clients driven by exploratory data analysis from complex and high-dimensional datasets, both structured and unstructured, applying advanced statistical, machine-learning and AI techniques.
- Use a flexible, analytical approach to design, develop, and evaluate predictive models and advanced algorithms that lead to optimal value extraction from the data.
- Communicate insights and deliver plans that steer business strategy and decision-making for one or more business segments.
- Design and develop full-stack solutions, integrating services and APIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical requirements are met
- Drive the design process, adhering to our Client's methodologies
- Identify and resolve delivery issues, enhancing project quality
- Author and maintain technical documentation for end-users
- Provide support and coordinate with offshore resources for optimal outcomes
- Proficiency in C#/.Net or Java programming
- Experience with RESTful services and Microservices
- Knowledge of Azure services and PaaS solutions
- Familiarity with SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Entity Framework/Hibernate
- Understanding of containerization with Docker and Kubernetes/AKS
- Exposure to RPA tools like Blue Prism, UI Path, or Automation Anywhere
