Purpose of PositionReporting to the Director, Technical Product Management & Quality Assurance, the Technical Product Analyst supports the Technical Product Management practice business and technology initiatives for Choice Administrators. The role assists in day-to-day maintenance of data, status reports and related processes by working directly with Scrum Masters and Technical Product Managers. This position aids in the monitoring, and consolidated reporting for set of products and services across multiple teams and lines of business. EssentialFunctions: Participates in detailed planning activities focused on the creation and management of workstream and capacity planning, cross-team schedules, and multi-team status reports. Maintains excellent, proactive and transparent communication with all stakeholders. Provides workstream and data analysis to produce status and statistical reports. Creates and manages documentation in support of the technology product portfolio of applications, database and systems. Offer analytical and data management assistance to Technical Product Management team. Assists in the development, analysis and status reporting of product management plans, initiatives and special assignments. Supports the analysis and management of software licenses and vendor services agreements. On-site or remote regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job. Perform Other Business Tasks Or Functions As Assigned.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities RequiredRequired Technical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills. Knowledge and experience with facilitating communication, and cross-departmental interaction/satisfaction. Experience with advocating and promoting the use of formal technology life cycles, processes, and methodologies at the intersection of SDLC/PMLC and support. Recent hands-on experience working with and communicating tostaff and all levels. Strong attention to detail and quality in producing results. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Outstanding organizational skills. Multi-tasking skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast- paced environment. Must be able to speak, read and write in English and be able to communicate with all levels of users. Experience with strategic, tactical, and operational planning, tracking and reporting. Preferred Technical Skills Exposure to both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies. Experience with Azure DevOps / Microsoft Team foundation Server (TFS) or similar tools for SDLC tracking. Experience using collaboration tools such as Teams, Zoom and GoToMeeting. Proficient with Microsoft products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Power BI). Health insurance experience is a plus. Non-technical Skills Regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions of the job. Ability to support best practices to improve development standards. Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Self-starter who can work well in a team environment. Proactively resolve issues with a positive attitude. Adhere to all PHI (Protected Health Information) and HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) guidelines. Educational RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required. B.S./B.A. Degree Or Equivalent Experience Preferred. 5 years working on technical project/product teams in a support capacity; Project Analyst, Project Coordinator, Business Analyst or as a multi-hat team member, performing the essential functions of a non-technical resource. Exposure to SDLC, PMLC, Change Management and/or Process Improvement methodologies preferred.
