Youwill be working for a project supporting clients of an Americanmultinational technology company headquartered in CupertinoCalifornia.
YourResponsibilities :
- Respondingto customer inquiries regarding products such as warranty issuesrecalls or problems with theproducts.
- Troubleshooting problems withcustomers service providing guidance and instructions on how to fixthe issue.
- Escalating issues to a higherleveltechnician or supervisor for furtherassistance.
- Keeping up to date with productfeatures specifications and the technology of the products they areproviding supportfor.
Whatyou willneed :
- Fluentlevel of Slovak language (at least C1)
- Goodlevel of English language (at leastB2)
- Communicationskills
- Enthusiasm and a desire to learn newthings
Whatyou willgain :
- Salary : 1300 gross x 14 months
- Performance Bonus of upto 250 Euro Gross per month
- Paid holidays athigher rates according to Greek law
