Youwill be working for a project supporting clients of an Americanmultinational technology company headquartered in CupertinoCalifornia.

YourResponsibilities :

  • Respondingto customer inquiries regarding products such as warranty issuesrecalls or problems with theproducts.
  • Troubleshooting problems withcustomers service providing guidance and instructions on how to fixthe issue.
  • Escalating issues to a higherleveltechnician or supervisor for furtherassistance.
  • Keeping up to date with productfeatures specifications and the technology of the products they areproviding supportfor.

Whatyou willneed :

  • Fluentlevel of Slovak language (at least C1)
  • Goodlevel of English language (at leastB2)
  • Communicationskills
  • Enthusiasm and a desire to learn newthings

Whatyou willgain :

  • Salary : 1300 gross x 14 months
  • Performance Bonus of upto 250 Euro Gross per month
  • Paid holidays athigher rates according to Greek law
  • Healthinsurance coverage for both public and privatesectors
  • Remote worksystem
  • Fulltime fixedterm Greek contract withthe possibility of converting to a permanent contract afterexpiration
