Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Tutor to provide academic support to students in various subjects at a middle school in Groton, CT. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and the ability to engage and motivate students to reach their full potential. The tutoring position begins promptly on September 16, 2024, and ends on January 31, 2025. The schedule will be 7:35 am through 2:45 pm.

Responsibilities
- Develop customized lesson plans based on students' needs
- Teach subjects such as Math and ELA
- Utilize creative teaching methods to make learning engaging
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
- Provide feedback to students and parents on performance

Skills
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development
- Experience working with children or students
- Familiarity with Special Education practices
- Strong background in Math and ELA
- Previous experience in Tutoring is preferred
