WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR?
As our remote Recruitment Coordinator, your day will begin by developing recruitment goals and objectives that align with Yellowhammer Salon's needs. You will create and implement sustainable recruiting strategies, source passive candidates, and search resume databases for the most suitable candidates. Communication with Hiring Managers will be essential as you evaluate the effectiveness of current recruiting plans and build talent networks. Utilizing a multi-channel approach, you will identify key recruiting KPIs and execute Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding strategies. You will review applicants to ensure they meet position requirements while adhering to all laws, rules, and data privacy regulations. Weekly, you will prepare detailed reports on your recruitment activities and progress.
