Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced C Developer to join our software development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C programming, a passion for technology, and the ability to work on complex software projects. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing software applications to meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities
- Strong proficiency in C and object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with software development tools (e.g., Git, Visual Studio, CMake).
- Knowledge of other programming languages such as Python or Java is a plus.
- Experience with database systems (SQL, NoSQL) is desirable.
- Understanding of networking protocols and multi-threading.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain C applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with other developers, engineers, and stakeholders to design software solutions.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and security.
- Optimize and refactor existing code to improve efficiency and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in the codebase.
- Integrate software components and third-party libraries.
- Ensure software is compatible with other systems and platforms.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for software applications.
- Provide regular progress reports and updates to the development team and management.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Propose and implement improvements to existing processes and tools.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, product management, and UX/UI designers.
- Participate in team meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in C development.
- Experience with modern C standards (C 11, C 14, C 17, or later).
- Experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
