The Role:
Our next Entry Level Sales Representative will play a crucial role in generating new business leads and increasing our clients’ customer base. The Entry Level Sales Representative is responsible for interacting with customers, offering extensive product knowledge, and delivering top-notch customer service. Entry Level Sales Representative Duties & Responsibilities:
- Generate leads in a given territory to increase customer outreach and drive sales
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring thorough understanding and satisfaction
- Skillfully address and overcome customer objections with a positive attitude, fostering trust and confidence in our clients’ products and services
- Evaluate data and create sales reports in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends
- Provide direct feedback to the Sales Manager regarding customer experiences and suggestions, contributing to the refinement of sales tactics and enhancing customer retention strategies
- Actively participate in daily meetings aimed at honing sales techniques, enhancing customer service skills, and fostering leadership development within the team
Our Entry Level Sales Representative will receive hands-on training in the following areas:
- Customer Acquisition and Retention
- Sales Techniques
- Product Knowledge
- Training and Development
- Market Research
Entry Level Sales Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or retail environment is preferred
- Ability to negotiate and overturn objections
- Comfortable public speaking and presenting information to customers
- Commitment to delivering top-tier customer service at all times
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to our office location
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
