Job Description: As an experienced painter, you will play a vital role in our company's success by delivering exceptional painting services to our residential and commercial customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Performing all aspects of interior and exterior paint application, including preparation, priming, mixing colors, and coating surfaces.
• Ensuring surfaces are properly prepared before painting, including sanding, filling cracks, and removing old paint.
• Selecting appropriate tools and materials for each job and ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and regulations.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient project completion within established deadlines.
• Assisting in estimating project timelines and material requirements.

Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as a painter, preferably in residential and commercial settings.
• Proficiency in various painting techniques and surface preparation.
• Strong knowledge of painting tools, equipment, and materials.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
