Smile Brands is Hiring a District Manager Near Las Vegas, NV

T he District Manager is responsible for overseeing market growth within the Las Vegas market. This role will oversee staff operations, business planning and budget development while providing efficient use of resources.
Schedule (days/hours) Monday-Friday 8a-5p
Responsibilities
  • Achieves revenue targets, annual budgets and strategic business goals for multiple locations across the market.
  • Develops and implements plans to ensure revenue and budget objectives are met, expanded on, and actively follows through on them.
  • Ensures flawless execution of operational standards, and ensure services are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements.
  • Analyzes financial trend data and takes action on areas of opportunity. Balances operations costs accordingly.
  • Recruits, hires, and develops Managers capable of building teams that provide best in class patient care.
  • Directly supervises Office Managers within the district.
  • Proactively manages performance including but not limited to coaching, performance appraisal, corrective action when appropriate and rewards. Ensures a succession plan exists for their district.
  • Communicates with Office and Dental leadership on a regular basis to ensure they have the information and support they need to do their jobs.
  • Ensures office compliance with established company policies, procedures, and standards and government regulations.
  • Shares best practices with offices in his/her area and with peers and supervisor.
  • Leverages market advertising, marketing and sales to best advantage within district.
  • Personally maintains highly productive relationships within the offices.
  • Proactively engages with providers to build strong relationships while supporting them and ensuring their success .
Qualifications
  • 3 years experience successfully managing multiple locations, budgets and P&L
  • Proven ability to achieve goals
  • Demonstrated ability to execute consistently and with a high degree of quality
  • Successful track record of identifying, selecting, developing and retaining talent
  • Proven ability to diagnose, analyze, and solve business problems, quickly moving from concept to action
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with employees
  • Proven financial acumen

  • Bachelor's degree
Compensation$85,000 - $95,000 per year
