We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clinic, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
*Responsibilities*
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Verify insurance information and collect co-pays
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation
- Assist with billing and coding tasks
- Handle inquiries from patients, providers, and insurance companies
*Qualifications*
- Experience with health information management systems such as Curve Hero
- Familiarity with dental collections processes
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
