Smile Dublin of Ohio is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Dublin, OH

We are a private dental office in the heart of Dublin, and are looking to add a new member to our dental family, as a Dental Assistant. If you have a positive personality, a strong work ethic, great communication skills, and a good team player mindset, we have an outstanding team and are looking for that perfect fit. We have great hours and a great team atmosphere!

Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures
- Perform infection control procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Perform medical imaging procedures as directed by the dentist
- Follow aseptic techniques to prevent the spread of infection
- Assist with dental receptionist duties as needed
- Take and record vital signs of patients

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of dental assisting procedures and techniques
- Familiarity with medical records management
- Proficiency in infection control protocols and practices
- Ability to operate medical imaging equipment
- Understanding of aseptic techniques in a dental setting
- Experience with dental receptionist duties is a plus
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy

This position requires a Radiology certification. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work well in a team, and have a strong desire to provide quality patient care.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
