- Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assist during chairside procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to maintain a clean and organized clinical environment
- Take digital x-rays, impressions, and perform other necessary diagnostics to aid in treatment planning
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and post-treatment care instructions
- Collaborate closely with the dental team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and satisfaction
- A passion for dentistry and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care
- Willingness to adapt to a dynamic and evolving work environment
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude
- Eagerness to take ownership of tasks and contribute to the growth of our practice
- Prior experience in the dental field is a plus, but we're also open to training the right individuals
- Dental Assistant certification from an accredited program; not required
- X-ray certification and familiarity with dental radiography techniques
- Knowledge of dental terminology preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining infection control protocols
- Excellent communication skills to engage with patients and team members effectively
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive demeanor
- Prior experience using dental software systems is a plus, if not we will train
