Pay Per Click (PPC) Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pay Per Click (PPC) Manager to join our Dental Service Organization’s dynamic marketing team in Troy, MI. Smile Partners USA is a private equity-backed management services organization that provides back-office support for dental offices throughout the United States. The PPC Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing multiple PPC campaigns across Google and Meta to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background and a passion for digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

• Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click campaigns.
• Write compelling ad copy and optimize landing pages for PPC performance.

Optimization and Analysis:

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost-per-click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Perform ongoing optimization of PPC campaigns to improve performance, including bid management, A/B testing, and adjusting ad copy.
• Utilize data-driven insights to make strategic decisions and recommendations for campaign enhancements.

Budget Management:

• Manage and allocate PPC budgets across campaigns to ensure cost-effective spending.
• Monitor and report on monthly budget expenditures and performance.

Reporting:

• Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Present findings and recommendations to the marketing team and senior management.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure cohesive search engine marketing strategies.
• Collaborate on content to develop effective ad creatives and landing page content.
• Partner with the analytics team to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of PPC performance.
• Staying Current:
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure PPC campaigns are current and effective.
• Attend relevant workshops, webinars, and conferences to continuously improve PPC knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta and other platforms.
• Strong understanding of PPC metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Proficient in using PPC management tools (e.g., Google Ads Editor, Bing Ads Editor).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Google Ads and Bing Ads certifications are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• 4-6 years of proven success with digital ad campaigns.
• Experience with healthcare, HIPPA regulations for advertising and lead generation campaigns.
• Excellent project management, written and interpersonal communication and organization skills.
• Knowledge of SEO and how it integrates with PPC.
