ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The Smilepoint Difference - In our Patient-centric model, traditional responsibilities of Insurance Verification, Billing, Collection, Aging, Patient Statements, Marketing, Profit and Loss Management, Reporting, Payroll etc have been taken away from the Office Manager and Front Office and outsourced to a large central team. This frees up significant time for the front office to focus completely on delivering outstanding care to our Patients. The Key Responsibilities of a Smilepoint Office Manager are:
