As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through their treatment journey with empathy, professionalism, and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Consultation and Education:

Conduct comprehensive consultations with patients to understand their dental concerns, goals, and expectations.

Educate patients on recommended treatments, procedures, and available financing options, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their dental care plan.

Treatment Coordination:

Collaborate with dentists and specialists to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.

Coordinate appointments and treatment schedules to optimize efficiency and ensure timely completion of treatment plans.

Assist patients in scheduling appointments and coordinating with insurance providers to maximize coverage and minimize out-of-pocket expenses.

Financial Planning and Assistance:

Provide transparent and accurate cost estimates for proposed treatments, including insurance coverage and out-of-pocket expenses.

Offer guidance and assistance to patients in exploring financing options, such as payment plans or dental financing programs, to make treatment more accessible.

Patient Relationship Management:

Build strong, trusting relationships with patients by demonstrating empathy, compassion, and professionalism at all times.

Serve as a knowledgeable resource for patients, addressing their questions, concerns, and inquiries with patience and clarity.

Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction with their treatment experience and address any post-treatment questions or concerns.

Administrative Support:

Maintain accurate patient records, treatment plans, and financial documents in compliance with regulatory standards and practice protocols.

Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing patient inquiries.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting preferred.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.

Proficiency in dental terminology, treatment procedures, and insurance processing preferred.

Knowledge of dental software systems open dental is a plus.
