Smiles Dental is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near South Plainfield, NJ

Looking for an experienced, polite, and energetic dental office receptionist for a beautiful modern fully digital dental office in South Plainfield/Edison, NJ area. In this patient-facing role, you will interact with prospective as well as existing patients, insurance companies, office staff, and suppliers/service providers to ensure the highest level of operational efficiency and productivity.
The Front Desk Receptionist is an important part of our fast-growing practice.

Duties and Responsibilities:
 
  • Greeting patients warmly. 
  • Answering phone calls and voicemails. 
  • Scheduling appointments. 
  • Assisting patients in updating their information. 
  • Verifying dental insurance ad checking coverage. 
  • Billing and collections. 
  • Dental insurance submission. 

Qualifications:
  • This position requires a positive attitude and someone who is willing to work together to meet the needs of our patients. 
  • Experience in working with OpenDental software is preferred. Willing to train if required.
  • Experience working as a dental assistant is a huge plus.
  • Must be flexible to work evenings and/or weekends.
  • Must be fluent in English fluently and have excellent customer service.
