Position: Part-Time Associate Dentist (General or Pediatric Specialist)

We are a small boutique dental practice nestled in the charming town of Pinehurst, North Carolina, seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Associate Dentist to join our team. Our practice prides itself on providing personalized, high-quality dental care in a warm and welcoming environment.

About the Role:

We are looking for an Associate Dentist who is comfortable treating children (potentially adults) and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care. This position offers flexibility, allowing you to work as little as one day a week up to four days a week, depending on your availability and preference.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, focusing on pediatric dentistry (and adults if a General Dentist).

- Diagnose and treat dental issues, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

- Educate patients and their families on oral health, preventative care, and treatment plans.

- Build and maintain a loyal patient base through excellent communication and clinical skills.

- Collaborate with our team to maintain a positive and efficient practice environment.

There is no limit to the treatment you wish to complete in-office. All equipment is state-of-the art and new. Practice Owner encourages growth and continuing education.

Qualifications:

- DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.

- Valid state dental license or eligibility for licensure in North Carolina.

- Experience or comfort in treating pediatric patients.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- A commitment to ongoing professional development and patient care.
