Associate dentist opportunity of the year! Fee for Service 8000 sqf state of the Art 17 chair dental office fully digital with full-service in-house lab with 3 lab technician is looking for associate. Averaging 158 new patients each month for 2024.
We are currently 2 owners dentist (Husband and wife team) and 2 full time associates. The 2 owner doctors want to reduce days worked and we need help with seeing all of our patients. This ia s full time position but we can be flexible with days and hours for the right candicate. Our current associates is happy to talk with you about the opportunity and how much they love working here. We just moved into our new building in 2021 and has all the toys and gadgets you could ever wish for. Multiple digital scanners, CBCT, multiple lab grade milling machines, photo studio, 3d printers, 3d face scanners etc.
Smiles Of Virginia Family Dental Center has served the beautiful community of Winchester, Virginia, since 1931. There is easy access to Dulles International Airport and Washington DC while still allowing a view of the Blue Ridge Mountains, wineries and ample outdoor activities.
The ideal candidate will be a great clinician, strong communicator and have a positive personality to make sure that great care is provided to our patients. Preference will be given to applicants that has done an AEGE or GPR or has 2 years of experience but it is not required.
The applicant also must be comfortable providing regular restorative services, crown and bridge etc. We do all services in office, including IV sedation, oral surgery, implants, pediatrics, periodontics, and endodontics. Mentorship is always available and since we have multiple dentist with different interest this allows you to learn from a variety of different aspects of dentistry. Owner doctor used to teach in a GPR program and is used to mentorship. We believe in giving our patients fantastic customer service by working together as a team to diagnose and treat our patients. Our experienced team and systems in place make the doctors look good.
Compensation:

• We are offering a very competitive salary of 33% of your net collections, increasing to 35% once you past 600.000 $ collections
• minimum base salary of 650.00 per day guaranteed with no time limit* NO lab fees if you use our in house lab
