Our hospital system has a dynamic new opportunity for an office based Nurse Manager to oversee a team of Nurses who will be out in the field attending to patients in the Fairfield County area. You would be stationed at our facility working closely with the Executive Director and Clinical Director. Our organization has rapidly expanded into a nationally recognized health system in the past few years earning numerous awards. Our home care division needs a Nurse Manager to provide oversight on all clinical services. You would have a great opportunity to advance your nursing career and lead a large team. Title: Nurse Manager (Office Based)
Location: Danbury, CT
Salary: $110,000 to $140,000 comprehensive full benefits package
Responsibilities for Nurse Manager:
Involved in utilization review and monitoring nurses in the field
Implementing new policies and procedures
Responsible for developmental of clinical services and quality management
Developing staff members and enhancing clinical team
Managing daily activities in the field and administration
Coordinates home health aide services
Responsible for delegating tasks in accordance with company policy and protocol
Supervises nursing staff
Educating staff members via group meetings and performance reviews
Identifying problems and providing conflict resolution
Requirements for Nurse Manager:
BSN Degree required
Minimum of 1-year experience in Home Care
Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
Preferred 5 years of practicing RN experience
Leadership skills would be a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
