Family Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Pediatric Nurse Practitioner!

We have an exciting new opening for a full time Physician Assistant or Family/Pediatric nurse practitioner for our growing organization in lower Fairfield County Connecticut. Our organization is geared towards providing our patients with the best care possible. As the Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner you would be working with other medical providers to deliver a wide range of treatments to patients who need care the most. This opportunity would be working with children and adolescence mostly ages 12- 17 years old. We offer a very flexible work schedule with the ability to work 5 8hour shifts or 4 10’s. Title: Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner

Location: Greenwich CT

Salary: $105,000 to $120,000

Responsibilities:

Developing treatment plans and prescribing necessary medication to under- served community

Collaborating with attending Physicians to accurately diagnose and treat patients

Reviewing patient medical history reports

Documenting all necessary information in EMR systems

Giving physical examinations of patients

Administering flu vaccines when necessary

Education children on their medical conditions

Involved with case management

Responsible for seeing around 8 patients per day

Requirements:

Must have active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License

Active Connecticut state medical license

Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program

Spanish speaking skills required
