Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Knowledge Requirements: Good manufacturing practices (GMP) and construction management experience is required. Primavera experience is required. Must have the ability to communicate with team members from all organizational levels. Experience with project controls including; project budgets, cost estimating, project scheduling (developing, maintaining, and analyzing), and project planning.

Position Description: Supporting a new construction project to build a pharmaceuticals warehouse and central utilities building (CUB). Each building project is estimated at about $200M (for a total of $400M) in total installed costs (TIC). New schedule development will be required using the proposal schedule, contract, guidance documents, and basis of estimate (BOE). Schedule development will require data structuring and coding to facilitate integrating with the existing client business systems. Integration with lower level subcontractor schedules may be required.
